What BonDepot does

From the receipt on your desk to the VAT return filed and the invoice sent. Below is the whole package — everything listed here really is part of your subscription.

From receipt to entry

Upload a photo or a PDF, or let BonDepot fetch them from a shared folder in OneDrive or Google Drive. The supplier, the amounts, the VAT and a suggested ledger account come out; you check it and post it. After that every document stays findable and traceable: a posted document is locked, corrections go through a reversal or a reclassification, and the original file is kept.

Do you receive e-invoices (UBL or Factur-X)? Those are read without AI — so the data is exact rather than recognised.

Time and invoices

Sales invoices on your own letterhead, as a PDF and as an e-invoice, with a payment link and automatic reminders when payment does not arrive. If you work by the hour, your team enters their hours in BonDepot — or hands in the signed timesheet through a shared folder, after which it is read automatically. Out of that comes one draft invoice per client per month, with the timesheet attached.
